- Been visiting Orlando since 1992 and this is definitely the best villa we have stayed at and wouldn't stay anywhere else now. So always make sure villa is available before we book our flights. Have stayed at this villa 5 times and never any problems, always clean, well prepared and very good value for money. Find it close enough to Disney attractions and International Drive but in a very quiet and peaceful location.

- Had a lovely holiday in Florida and staying at montego bay which was in a very good location made driving much easier we settled in very quickly and enjoyed playing tennis and having strolls around the lake everything you could possibly need in the villa my parents brother and family are all booked and ready to go next may happy holidays love Julie & mike

- Having just returned from a stay in the villa I can say that everything was as advertised and was very clean and contained everything we could require during our stay. The pool area was very relaxing and made a very informal way of starting and ending the day. We were certainly not disappointed and we will not be staying in a hotel again in the area.

- It was the first time we had been to Florida and with the help of Robs travel details on how to get there we had no problems finding it.The villa is lovely and in a nice residential area. Upon entering the villa which was clean airy & bright we found a folder containing all information, as well as some very useful tips on where to get food etc. It had lots of extras that families would appreciate like table tennis and bikes. The pool was fab and the view beyond was calming and relaxing.
Kissimmee is the perfect spot as it is only 25 mins from the airport and I think it was only about 15 mins from Universal/Disney and about 20-25 mins from the Florida mall. All in all Kissimmee seems to be in the middle of everything you would want to visit on a trip to Florida. I would and have recommended this property to anyone i know who will be visiting Florida in the near future. We would definitely stay there again.

- We had a great holiday at the villa which absolutely lived up to the description and pictures on the site. The location was fantastic and there were plenty shops, restaurants and supermarkets within minutes of the villa. The villa was well maintained, clean and had lots of extras that families would appreciate like tennis racquets, table tennis and bikes. The pool was fab and the view beyond kept us entertained by the bird life. We went for a relaxing holiday and found that the villa was really quiet and peaceful. We felt very much at home and would love to go back. Rob was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend his villa to anyone thinking about visiting Florida.
