Welcome to our privately owned Villa at Montego Bay Kissimmee, Orlando. Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned property has recently been fully renovated and furnished to a very high standard. The home has the additional advantage of being just a 10-minute drive from Walt Disney world and is within walking distance to highway 192, offering all the shopping and restaurants you will ever need.

The Villa has a very spacious lounge, and has been newly furnished. There is a large TV with over 90 channels via cable, and a state of the art Hi-Fi system offering CD player, radio and the facility to plug in your own MP3 player.

The kitchen is well appointed and has all the modern accessories you could want, from large oven and fridge freezer to microwave and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar which leads into the Dining area where there are lovely views of the pool area, and the lake at the rear of the property. The dining table easily seats six adults.

The Villa has a very spacious pool area with a Jacuzzi and looks out over the lake, not other villas

Master Bedroom: This lovely large bedroom has a double bed with a full on-suite bathroom. There is a TV and large walk-in closet providing plenty of storage. There is also direct access, via French doors, onto the pool area.

Bedroom 2: Again, a larger than average bedroom, with direct access to the guest bathroom. A large double bed is provided with TV plus walk-in closet. There is plenty of room in here, as well as the master bedroom, to set up the full sized fold away beds.
Bedroom 3 is supplied with 2 single beds and TV to keep the children entertained.
This bedroom also has direct access to the guest bathroom.

Extra fold away beds are provided along with a cot for the younger guests.
Full bed linen is provided
Bath and beach towels are provided

We have also provided a number of board games for your enjoyment. We have a large games room in the double garage, with ping pong and darts. We also have cycles and helmets for those adventurous to see the countryside as it was meant to be seen.


Although our home is located close to all the activities and buzz of the 192, Montego Bay is a small and quiet neighbourhood. Our villa is only a short walk from the communal play area, which includes as full size tennis court (racquets and balls provided from the villa), children's playing field for soccer and baseball, all of which are available to our guests.
