Hamilton's Reserve Estate is in Kissimmee just off the main US 192 behind Medieval Times Castle, just 20 minutes from Orlando Airport and 45-60 minutes drive from Sanford and Tampa Airport.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is air conditioned and sleeps 8 people.

Bedroom 1 has a large queen-size bed, a television and is nicely furnished, overlooking the pool and lake, with its own en-suite bathroom, large Jacuzzi-bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double-size bed. Bedroom 3 has twin single beds. This room has Disney bedding and is shared with a large Mickey Mouse and his friends, it also has a television and a PlayStation. All the bedrooms have large walk-in wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go, with everything you could need: fridge/freezer/ice-maker; large cooker; deep fat fryer; toaster; automatic kettle; water-filter; microwave; coffee-maker; griddle; liquidiser and waste-disposal. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A very large lounge with two settees, one of which converts to a queen-size bed, cable television, video, stereo and coffee tables. Dining area with table and seating for six.
